Joe Lake

Joe Lake is a management consultant and senior performance analyst with over a decade of experience in planning, developing, and implementing performance management and process improvement initiatives for electric, water, and gas utilities globally. Lake currently serves as a senior consultant in energy and utilities at Capco and has held prominent roles, including principal consultant and deputy managing director for global learning consortia at E Source and program director for the International Wildfire Risk Mitigation Consortium. Lake's expertise encompasses custom analysis, risk management, and operational performance management, making significant contributions to various sectors within the utility industry. Lake earned a BS in Management from the RPI Lally School of Management.
