With over nine years of experience in project management and consulting, Kabilan has previously held roles at notable organizations, including the International Airlines Group, where they established the PMO function within a large-scale IT Transformation program. They also contributed to various projects in financial services, including complex regulatory implementations. Kabilan earned a First Class BA Hons in Accounting & Finance from London South Bank University.
