Kamila Denysenko

Kamila Denysenko is the Head of Recruitment for Poland and Southern Europe at Capco, a position they hold since 2024. Previously, Kamila served as a Recruiting Associate Manager at Accenture from 2015 to 2024, managing complex recruitment projects across diverse industries. Kamila has over 15 years of experience in executive search, direct search, and HR consulting, specializing in tailored recruitment strategies and client relationship management. They began their career as a Junior Consultant at TARGET Executive Search CEE, where they progressed to Senior Consultant. Kamila earned a Master's degree in Social Psychology and Sociology from Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej between 2000 and 2005.
