Lakshmi Radhakrishnan has extensive experience in the banking and payments sector, currently serving as Co-Lead for Payments in the Euronext region and Banking in Belgium at Capco since January 2016. Additionally, Lakshmi holds the title of Co-Head of the Banking & Payments practice and has been a member of the leadership team in various capacities, starting as a Principal Consultant. Prior to Capco, Lakshmi worked at DXC Technology as a Service Delivery Team Manager and at Infosys in roles including Service Delivery Team Lead and Service Delivery Consultant. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University and possesses diplomas in Dutch and French language studies.
