Lukas A. Barth

Lukas A. Barth is a Principal Consultant for Financial Institutions at Capco since December 2022, bringing extensive experience from a significant tenure at Credit Suisse from November 2015 to October 2022. During this period, Lukas held various key positions, including Team Head Compliance, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing strategic initiatives, regulatory implementation, and business integration within Compliance Operations. Lukas also served as Vice President and was instrumental in managing compliance teams while ensuring Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk clients in the International Wealth Management division. Prior to this, Lukas was a Research Associate at the State Secretariat for Migration in Switzerland, focusing on quality assurance in assessments and monitoring federal jurisdiction. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Compliance in Financial Services from the University of St. Gallen and a PhD in Sociolinguistics, Politics, and Eastern European Studies from the University of Bern.
