Luke Penca

Luke Penca is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the software and consulting industries. Currently serving as Executive Director at Capco since January 2014, Penca has also held positions as Managing Principal and Principal Consultant there. Prior to Capco, Penca was a Senior Consultant at CITYTECH, Inc. and the Owner of Lukateake, LLC., a software-as-a-service startup. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer and Lead Software Developer at MainStreet Advisors, Chief Information Officer and Lead Consultant at Delta Solutions, Inc., and Enterprise Analyst at International Truck and Engine. Penca began the professional journey as a Program Associate at Strategic Marketing Services, UNI. Luke Penca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
