Marina Ramos

Marina Ramos is an experienced professional in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Project Manager at Capco Energy since November 2023, where responsibilities include developing work models for continuous improvement processes within Petrobras's Submarine Integration and Operations Center. Previously, Marina held multiple roles at Capco, including Senior Consultant and Squad Leader, and volunteered as an Agile Master for Brasil Contra o Vírus. With a background in change management and agile leadership, Marina has implemented new processes in technology and engineering projects and led environmental projects while serving as the Director of the Environmental Department for the municipality of Martinópolis. Marina holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade do Oeste Paulista and a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering from Universidade Paulista.
