Mary Keller is the Human Resources Director at Capco. Mary has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at JP Morgan Chase and CoreMatrix Systems LLC (Perficient, Inc.).

Mary started their career in 1986 as a Technical Recruiter at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In 1987, they joined JP Morgan Chase as a Vice President in HR. Mary was responsible for hiring and on-boarding 600-700 new hires per year. In 1996, they were promoted to lead a team of HR Generalists in the Investment Bank that supported a global population of 3,000 technology and mid-office professionals.

In 2006, Mary left JP Morgan Chase to join CoreMatrix Systems LLC as Vice President of HR. Mary was responsible for talent acquisition, performance and compensation management, executive coaching, employee relations, and benefit program design. In 2013, they led the HR Due Diligence and Integration for the acquisition of CoreMatrix by Perficient.

Mary has been with Capco since 2014 and is responsible for leading the HR team and implementing strategic initiatives that support the business goals of the company.

Mary Keller has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Management and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University.
