Michael Mathew, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Finance Lead at Capco, where responsibilities include leading PMO efforts and driving financial management for Freddie Mac initiatives. With extensive experience in client engagement, financial oversight, and procurement strategies, Michael has developed key stakeholder relationships and managed significant financial life cycles exceeding $20 million. Prior to his current role, Michael held positions as a Senior Consultant and Operations Business Specialist at Capco, where expertise in financial modeling, operational cost optimization, and pricing support was demonstrated. Additionally, experience as a Compliance and Outreach Specialist and Business Tax Specialist for the State of California enhanced skills in compliance, revenue generation, and business communication. Michael holds an MBA in Globalization and Innovation from Cal State East Bay and a degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
