Michael Smollar

Michael Smollar is a Principal Consultant at Capco since April 2021, specializing in data warehouse assessment and modernization implementation, and change management transformation for credit unions and fintech start-ups. Previously, Smollar served as a Consulting Manager at Cognizant and held various roles at Kari-Out Co., Amphenol RF, Dapco Industries, GE Infrastructure, and Markin Tubing, where responsibilities included process re-engineering, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing manufacturing operations. Smollar holds a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
