Michaela Baillie

Michaela Baillie is a seasoned management consultant currently driving digital transformation and AI enablement in financial services at Capco. Previously, Michaela held roles at the Financial Markets Authority as a senior advisor and at EY, where they supported large-scale transformations for government and private sector clients. Michaela's experience also includes positions as a business analyst at ANZ, media analyst at Meltwater, and campaign assistant for the New Zealand Labour Party. Michaela holds two Bachelor of Commerce degrees in Marketing and Media Studies from the University of Otago and Victoria University of Wellington.
