Mike Baio

Mike Baio is a Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Capco. Mike has over eighteen years of experience in the recruiting industry.

Mike started their career in 2004 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Aquent. Mike was quickly promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter due to their success in the role. In 2006, Mike left Aquent to take on the role of Technical Recruiting Manager at Consultis. Mike was with Consultis for five years before moving to Green Key Resources in 2011. At Green Key Resources, Mike was promoted to Executive Director of the Information Technology Recruiting Division. Mike held this role for six years before leaving to join Auritas as Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition in 2018.

At Auritas, Mike led sourcing and recruiting efforts for internal hire - Company/Corporate FTE roles, and consulting roles. Mike was responsible for bringing qualified candidates into the firm and guiding them through the hiring process, effectively communicating with Hiring Managers and Executive Stakeholders. Mike also led SAP Staffing efforts for North American partners during their time at Auritas.

In 2020, Mike left Auritas to join Capco as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition. In this role, they are responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting while developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
