Nick Brooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles within the financial services and military sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Capco since July 2017, Nick has delivered complex change projects in investment banking, including the renovation of critical systems and the establishment of a new banking entity in response to Brexit. Previous military experience includes serving as a Battery Commander in the British Army, where Nick led a team of over 90 specialists and coordinated cross-discipline teams for defense capability development. Additionally, Nick has held various training and operational roles within the British Army, focusing on high-risk training and project management, complemented by studies in Command, Leadership, and Management at the post-graduate level. Educational credentials also include training with the Chartered Management Institute and attendance at Welbeck College and Blundells.
