Nikki Rawson

Nikki Rawson is an experienced Resource Management Specialist currently employed at Capco since December 2025, focusing on Energy, Insurance, and Wealth and Asset Management accounts. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Resource Manager at Wavestone from September 2022 to November 2025, contributing to operational excellence in resource and performance management following Wavestone's acquisition of PEN, where Nikki served as Resource Manager from July 2018 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles in HR, operations, and recruitment across various organizations such as SKT Consulting, Cobalt Recruitment, Just Teachers, Concorde Teaching Bank, and Enterprise Fleet Management, where Nikki developed extensive expertise in staffing, compliance, and employee engagement. Nikki earned a BA Hons in French and German Studies from the University of Portsmouth between 1998 and 2002.
