Niko Anders

Niko Anders is a Commercial Director at Capco, where they have held various roles since 2017, including Finance Operations Manager and Enterprise Transactions Central Europe Lead. In their current position, Niko serves as a strategic advisor on commercial and sales matters, driving operational excellence and managing P&L. They began their career with internships at DWS Investments and Nike, where they gained experience in business management and financial support. Niko holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and has completed an MBA study abroad at Hawaii Pacific University.
