Oliver Shoosmith is a Principal Consultant at Capco, having previously held the positions of Senior Consultant and Associate Consultant within the company since 2018. They gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Adaptive Business Group in 2017, where they worked on industry insights and market analysis. Oliver's early career included a role as a Bike Courier at Deliveroo and as a Casual Sales Assistant at Sports Direct International, supporting their studies. They also served as a Portfolio Manager for the Students of Bath Investment Club, leading discussions on financial markets and investment strategies. Oliver earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath.
