Phanikanth Ranga, CSQE, SSM, is a highly experienced QE Architect at Capco since June 2020, specializing in modernizing Quality Engineering solutions for prominent financial clients, including Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Ranga serves as a global learning and development practice lead in Quality Engineering, coaching and training a significant portion of Capco's workforce on various testing methodologies and strategies. Previous roles include QA Mentor and Trainer at Pick Technologies Inc., where over 35 individuals were trained in Quality Engineering, and positions at Clutter Inc. and CBS, where Ranga contributed to establishing QA processes and managing testing teams. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ranga has a comprehensive background in automation, performance, and manual testing across various industries.
