Currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco and Interim and Fractional Information Technology Executive at Grayson Technology Solutions, Randy focuses on implementation and integration within the insurance ecosystem while advocating for diverse teams and effective collaboration. Previously, as VP of Information Technology at Symetra and VP of Business Insurance Systems at Travelers, Randy led numerous initiatives that balanced business needs with technological advancements. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Connecticut and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
