Richard Gartside

Richard Gartside is a seasoned HR and Risk professional with extensive experience in global management and technology consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Capco since January 2017, Richard focuses on leadership restructuring and integration projects, notably overseeing a significant leadership team restructure in Hong Kong. Previously, Richard held key HR leadership roles at Bearing Point, Balfour Beatty Group, Lloyds Banking Group, VT Group, and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities encompassed developing strategic HR initiatives, enhancing talent management and employee engagement, and leading major HR transformations.
