Roma Chib is a Principal Consultant at Capco, bringing 18 years of experience in quality assurance and a thorough understanding of testing processes and methodologies. They have expertise in various business areas, including Credit Risk, Insurance, and HR functions, along with strong proficiency in OBIEE and OFSAA. Roma has led larger teams through complex testing projects across multiple geographies, emphasizing knowledge sharing and team motivation. They have also trained over 200 associates in Testing, Project Management, and soft skills, and have experience in various project management methodologies. Roma holds a BCA from the University of Jammu and two PGDM degrees in Systems and Marketing from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and Sri Balaji University, Pune.
