Sam Riordan

Sam Riordan is an experienced executive in the banking and payments sector, currently serving as Executive Director at Capco since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading business development and client delivery focused on digital transformation and customer strategy. Previously, as FinTech Consulting Director at EY from September 2022 to April 2024, Sam developed a new fintech consulting capability and led consulting engagements. While at Lloyds Banking Group from May 2014 to September 2022, Sam held various leadership roles, including Head of Proposition Development & Innovation, overseeing a team responsible for delivering value to commercial clients, and was instrumental in founding the Commercial Banks FinTech and BigTech partnership team. Sam's educational background includes an MBA from Henley Business School and a BA in Management with Marketing from the University of Leeds.
