Sandy Lau

Sandy Lau is a Principal Consultant at Capco, specializing in global insurance projects, including Solvency UK Reform and asset reporting transformation. Previously, Sandy served as a Senior Consultant at Capco, focusing on regulatory projects related to pension scams and contribution monitoring. Prior to joining Capco, Sandy worked at KPMG as a Management Consultant, leading financial reporting tool implementations and data architecture deliveries for global insurance clients. At PwC, Sandy held various roles, including Project Manager for the IFRS 17 implementation programme, where responsibilities encompassed process design and project delivery, and PMO Lead overseeing financial forecasts and change control. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Sandy holds a Business Management degree from the University of Hertfordshire and attended Jönköping International Business School for studies in international entrepreneurship and venturing.
