Sara MacAnn

Sara Macann is a Principal Consultant at Capco, specializing in the financial services industry since September 2014. With experience spanning various roles including Senior Consultant and Consultant, Sara has successfully managed projects such as the customer video offering for a Tier 1 Bank, where responsibilities included leading requirements workshops, managing UX design, and overseeing marketing material development. Additionally, in a project for a Tier 1 Investment Bank, Sara led efforts in executing the Target Operating Model by coordinating with internal teams on resource strategy and personnel transitions. Prior to Capco, Sara served as a Junior Business Consultant and Project Manager at Pembridge Partnership Limited, focusing on growth initiatives for early-stage companies in the digital and tech sectors. Sara holds an MSc in International Development and a BA in Archaeology and Anthropology, both from the University of Bristol.
