Sarah O'Callaghan is the Managing Principal at Capco since 2021. Previously, they held the position of Principal Consultant at the same company, and worked in change management and service transition at the Financial Times from 2011 to 2014. Sarah also served as a Sales Representative at ServiceSource from 2009 to 2010. They completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and a Masters in Management at the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and are currently pursuing a BA in Economics at University College Dublin.
