Sean Rivera is a seasoned digital experience leader with extensive expertise in product management and user experience design. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant and Product Manager at Capco since October 2021, Sean previously led user experience initiatives for The Michaels Companies, Inc. as a User Experience Engineer Lead. Sean's diverse experience includes roles as a UI/UX Designer at CovalentCreative and SMR Design, where responsibilities encompassed strategic product design and development across various platforms. With a background in visual design and front-end development at FMG Suite and other companies, Sean has successfully managed teams, executed branding projects, and enhanced user interactions through innovative design solutions. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of San Diego.
