Stephen Clarke is an innovative Agile Coach and Transformation Leader with over a decade of experience in guiding major organizations toward becoming adaptive, value-driven enterprises. Currently, Stephen serves as the Lead Agile Transformation Consultant at Capco, where they spearhead Agile transformations and develop enterprise-level training programs. Previously, Stephen held various Agile Coach roles across several organizations, including the Bank of England and HSBC. A graduate of the University of Kent, Stephen holds a BA Hons in Comparative Literary Studies, which complements their passion for empowering people and fostering collaboration within teams.
