Stephen Stantiall

Stephen Stantiall is the Managing Principal (Director) of Transformation & Business Agility at Capco, where they have served as the Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead and Coach since 2017. Previously, they worked as a Consultant at Rolls-Royce in 2013 and as a Digital Project Manager at dbg from 2013 to 2017. Stephen also held the position of Fund Manager at the Nottingham Undergraduates Equity Fund from 2011 to 2013 and completed an internship at Market Gravity in 2011. They graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in Business Management and a Master's degree in Marketing.
