Steven Glover

Steven Glover is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in wealth, asset management, and private banking. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since September 2022, Steven oversees delivery teams and enhances commercial relationships with clients. Prior to this, roles at Standard Chartered Bank included Global Affluent Client Transformation Lead, where responsibilities encompassed the design and monitoring of investment sales processes, and as Global Business Transformation Director, managing diverse business and technology projects. Steven also held leadership positions in operational strategy and model design, contributing significantly to transformation initiatives. Previous experience at American Express involved managing regulatory projects and financial analysis for the Americas, while an early career as a Financial Analyst began with the Mountbatten Program.
