Stuart Walker

Stuart Walker serves as the Global Head Of Performance & Reward at Capco since June 2023, leading the Global Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence and focusing on performance, reward, and benefits strategy while directly reporting to the Chief People Officer. Previously, Stuart held the position of Director, Compensation - Europe at Condé Nast, overseeing pay programs in the UK and Europe, and before that, served as Director of Group & Divisional Performance at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included designing performance scorecards and reward frameworks. Additional experience includes roles at American Express, Atkins, and Cable & Wireless Communications, with a strong background in performance management, business planning, and analytics. Stuart holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management from The University of Huddersfield and a Higher National Diploma in European Business & Finance from NESCOT.
