Thomas Da Silva is a Regulatory and Compliance Associate Consultant at Capco, contributing to regulatory and compliance projects, including KYC recertification to meet AML laws since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Asset Management Specialist at Swiss Re, where responsibilities involved managing documentation and communication related to custody and collateral accounts. Thomas also worked as a European Volunteer with the European Union and completed a Legal Compliance Traineeship at Luxembourg Investment Solutions S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Maastricht University and various degrees in International and European Law. Notable achievements include participation in a Moot Court competition and conducting a feasibility study on sustainability research funding.
