Tina Chan

Tina Chan is a seasoned professional in project management and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Capco since August 2025. Previously, Tina held roles including Project Manager at Phoenix Group, where responsibility involved directing the migration to a new custody and fund administration platform and overseeing Finance and Investment Operation projects. At First Sentier Investors, Tina executed global regulatory projects and ensured governance across various departments. Prior experience includes senior positions at Standard Life Assurance, where contributions ranged from client project management to implementation management, as well as roles at Whitelaw Wells and Baillie Gifford in operational and marketing capacities. Tina holds a PG Diploma in Marketing from Edinburgh Napier University, an APM Project Management Qualification, and a Prince2 certification.
