Tom Ericksen

Tom Ericksen is currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tom held various prominent positions including Portfolio Lead at HSBC and Programme Delivery Lead at Credit Suisse. Tom's experience spans over a decade in leadership and delivery roles across multiple financial institutions, such as HSBC GBM and Morgan Stanley, starting from 2006. Tom's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts and Graduate Diploma in History from La Trobe University. Tom's foundational education includes attendance at St Kevin's College in Australia and Rugby School in the UK.
