Trey Anderson

Trey Anderson is a seasoned professional in the field of compliance and training, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Capco since August 2017. In this role, Trey leads training for senior bank examiners at the largest consumer financial regulator and develops materials on key regulations such as Know Before You Owe (TRID), UDAAP, and Fair Lending. Prior to this position, Trey worked at Fidelity National Information Services as a Senior Compliance Manager and Lead Compliance Trainer, where responsibilities included training CFPB bank examiners and creating similar training content. Trey also possesses a strong legal background, having served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit, managing felony cases and appellate work, as well as playing a key role as a First Appearance Attorney. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regulatory Advocate at Select Portfolio Servicing, resolving regulatory disputes. Trey holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Florida.
