Vin Tan is a Principal Consultant at Capco since October 2016, where responsibilities include serving as Lead Agile Business Analyst, Project Manager, UAT Manager, and Change Agent for change initiatives within Global Programmes and Wealth & Personal Banking at a Tier-1 Global Bank. Expertise lies in managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex banking projects on time and within budget at both global and regional levels. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst at HSBC Global Technology Malaysia, contributing to global Collateral Management projects, and enhancing systems for various financial platforms. Earlier roles as Senior Business Consultant & Pre-sales at Acceval Sdn Bhd and Lead Business Consultant at Theta Service Partner Sdn Bhd further showcased skills in business analysis and project management. Vin Tan holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information System from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman.
