Zed Cherrix

Zed Cherrix has over 25 years of experience in leadership within the financial services sector, particularly in the secondary mortgage market and data transformation. Zed served as a Director of Financial Engineering at Fannie Mae from 2007 to 2016, where they managed a team responsible for financial modeling related to REMIC bonds. Following that, Zed held the position of Director of Modeling and Tax at Common Securitization Solutions from 2016 to 2020, contributing to the development of a platform for mortgage securities. Currently, Zed is a Senior Consultant at Capco, leading teams in risk and compliance for large financial institutions. They hold a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Salisbury University.
