Arnold Matsuda

Arnold Matsuda, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Arnold began their career at Epson Research and Development, Inc. in 1997, working as an Executive Assistant and later as an Executive Coordinator. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of HR/Administration Manager at the same company. Arnold then joined SideMark in 2010 as a Sr. HR Generalist before moving on to Beeline Interactive, Inc. in 2011. At Beeline Interactive, they held the position of HR Manager and later Senior HR Manager. In 2011, Matsuda also started working at Capcom, where they held the roles of HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, and HR Director. Arnold'smost recent position at Capcom is Sr. HR Director, a role they assumed in July 2019. In addition to their corporate experience, Matsuda has also volunteered as a Kendo Instructor at the San Jose Kendo Dojo from 1993 to 2013, providing instruction to individuals at various skill levels.

Arnold Matsuda, SPHR, obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) from 2010 to 2013. Arnold also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from San Jose State University. In addition, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2021.
