Nick Herrera

Nick Herrera is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Sr. Corporate Counsel at Capcom since June 2023, Nick has previously honed skills as an Intellectual Property Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from April 2019 to June 2023 and at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from October 2014 to April 2019. Nick holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, awarded in 2014, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2010.
