Steve Madsen

Steve Madsen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & General Counsel at Capcom since February 2023, Steve Madsen previously held the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Sony Interactive Entertainment from May 2008 to April 2022. Prior to that, Steve Madsen operated as an attorney at the Law Office of Steve Madsen from May 2006 to April 2008 and served as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Atari from 2000 to 2006. Other roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Fritz Companies from 1996 to 2000 and Legal Counsel at Eunetcom from 1994 to 1995.
