Dawei Hao is an experienced optical design professional currently serving as the Chief Optical Engineer at Capcon Singapore Pte. Ltd. since 2024. Previously, Dawei held the position of Senior Optical Engineer at华为消费者业务 from 2020 to 2023, where they contributed to notable designs including the P70 Ultra camera lens and automobile class LiDAR systems. Dawei also worked as a Manager at 大族激光 from 2013 to 2017, specializing in the design of high-level laser cutting and welding optical tools, and led optics R&D at Robosense LiDAR from 2017 to 2019.
