Celeste S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Celeste is currently working as a Senior People Operations Manager at CAPE Analytics since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of People Operations Manager at Roofstock from July 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various People processes and systems. Celeste also handled audits and compliance related to people processes.

Before joining Roofstock, Celeste worked at Rockpoint Legal Funding for several years. Celeste started as an Operations Manager from December 2016 to September 2017 before transitioning to the role of HR Manager from December 2017 to July 2021. During their tenure at Rockpoint Legal Funding, they managed daily operations, collaborated with the senior management team on growth objectives, and provided exceptional client service.

Prior to that, Celeste worked as a Research Associate at CoStar Group from September 2014 to June 2016. Celeste started their career in 2012 as a Resident Assistant at UC San Diego, where they assisted with facility management, provided office services, and managed the mail room.

Celeste S. began their education journey in 2011 at UC San Diego, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Economy and Society. Additionally, they completed minors in Business and Public Service during their time at UC San Diego, graduating in 2014. In 2014, Celeste enrolled at UC San Diego Extended Studies and obtained a Paralegal Certificate (ABA Approved) in 2016, specializing in Law.

Aside from their formal education, Celeste has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2016, they achieved the ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate from UC San Diego Extension. Furthermore, in 2020, Celeste obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Additionally, they completed the Inclusive Leadership certification from LinkedIn in May 2022 and acquired the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2022. Celeste also holds the PADI Divemaster certification, earned in September 2016 from PADI.
