Jen Mitchell, SHRM-SCP

Jen Mitchell has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Jen is currently the Vice President, People & Culture at CAPE Analytics since May 2022. Prior to that, from July 2020 to May 2022, they served as the Vice President, People Operations at KCF Technologies, Inc. Jen also held the position of Director of Human Resources at KCF Technologies from September 2019 to July 2020. Before joining KCF Technologies, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Mammoth Restoration from April 2019 to September 2019. From June 2013 to April 2019, Jen Mitchell worked as the Director of Human Resources at Eclipse Resources. Jen'searly career includes a role as Senior Manager at Howard Center from December 2000 to June 2013.

Jen Mitchell, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2019 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2016.
