Ryan Scolnik

Ryan Scolnik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan currently works as the Director of Data Science at CAPE Analytics, where they lead a team of 16 data scientists and analysts. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of Data Science at Curology, a skincare technology company. At FortressIQ, they held two roles, first as the Director of Data Science, responsible for leading a team and driving data science products, and later as the Lead Data Scientist, where they developed ML and CV algorithms. Before that, they worked as a Data Scientist at 6sense, focusing on the development of predictive models. Ryan also has experience as a Predictive Modeler at State Auto Insurance and as an AVP Senior Marketing Analyst at JPMorgan Chase. Ryan has teaching experience as an Instructor of Introductory Statistics at Florida State University and as a Teaching Assistant for Elementary Calculus at The University of Arizona. Additionally, they have worked as a Research Assistant at Evergreen Solutions, LLC and as an Assistant to the Director of Baseball Operations at the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ryan's work experience showcases their expertise in data science, machine learning, computer vision, and statistical analysis.

Ryan Scolnik has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Statistics from Florida State University, which was obtained in 2016. Prior to this, they completed a Master's degree in Statistics from Florida State University. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 in January 2013.
