Cape Bancorp, Inc. is a new Maryland corporation that was formed by Cape SavingsBank to be the holding company of Cape Savings Bank upon completion of itsconversion from the mutual to stock form of organization. Cape Bancorp has hadno operations to date and has never issued any capital stock.
