Evan Costa graduated from UMass Dartmouth with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. They are currently employed as a Transportation Planner/Engineer at Cape Cod Commission, where they engage in regional transportation planning, data collection, and the creation of transportation plans. Prior to this role, Evan worked as a Painter at Bridgewater State University in 2019 and served as a Summer Traffic Technician from 2020 to 2022, conducting data collection and inventorying rail trail crossings across Cape Cod. They are motivated to gain further experience and network within the field.
