Steven Tupper

Steven Tupper brings extensive experience in transportation planning and program management, currently serving as Deputy Director and Transportation Program Director at Cape Cod Commission since December 2011. Prior roles at Cape Cod Commission include Transportation Program Manager, Transportation Planner, and Technical Services Planner. Steven also contributed as a Transportation Scholar at the National Park Foundation for a brief period in 2011. Prior to these roles, Steven engaged in academic research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts and gained practical experience as a Traffic Technician Intern at Cape Cod Commission. Steven holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Transportation and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
