Yates Pendleton has experience in both business and customer service. In 2020, Yates participated in the Cleveland Clinic Client Challenge, collaborating with a team to develop a web-based solution aimed at enhancing business and customer relations. Currently, Yates works as a Bar Back at Cape Resorts since June 2021, responsible for monthly inventory management for three bars, stocking high-end liquor and glassware, and assisting customers with their needs. Additionally, Yates is a Business Student at Miami University, enrolled since August 2019.
