Adele Webb, PhD, RN, FNAP, FAAN, serves as the Executive Dean of Healthcare Initiatives at Strategic Education, Inc. and holds dual roles at Capella University as Assistant Dean for External Relations & Partnerships and Senior Academic Director of Workforce Solutions since September 2017. With a strong background in nursing and higher education, Adele bridges the gap between industry and academia, contributing to strategic direction and emerging opportunities. Previously, Adele was the founding Campus President at Chamberlain College of Nursing from February 2012 to September 2017, overseeing both academics and operations for the Cleveland Campus. Additionally, at Georgetown University from January 2008 to April 2012, Adele served as an Associate Professor and co-investigator on a significant HRSA-funded research project. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Nursing Education from Wayne State University, an MS in Nursing Administration from The Ohio State University, and a BSN from The University of Akron.
