Lidan Wang

Lidan Wang is a Computer Vision Engineer currently working at Instacart and Caper since August 2023. Previously, Lidan served as a Senior Computer Vision Research Scientist at Zippin from September 2021 to April 2023 and held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering between September 2019 and December 2020, and from September 2018 to May 2019. Experience also includes a Computer Vision Research Internship at UII America, Inc. in 2019 and at SRI International in 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering (2018-2020), a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University (2015-2017), and a Bachelor’s degree in Opto-Electronic Engineering and Optical Communications from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (2012-2016). Additionally, Lidan has served as a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate courses in Linear Systems.
