Shray Chandra

Shray Chandra has a diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Shray started their career as a Low Voltage Head at Team Ojas from January 2013 to August 2014. Shray then interned at Siemens Technology India as an Intern for Building Automation Systems in May 2015 to June 2015. Shray then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Software Engineer in the High Performance Computing-Artificial Intelligence (HPC-AI) Team. In this role, they worked on GPU validation, machine learning, and software development. Shray also presented on deep learning at HPE's annual technical conference and led a team in the development of a portable diagnostic tool. Shray later joined Siemens Healthineers as a Machine Learning Engineering Intern, where they worked on creating datasets and optimizing trained models using TensorRT. Currently, they are working at Caper as a Deep Learning CV Engineer.

Shray Chandra attended Vellore Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University from 2018 to 2019, earning a Masters of Science in ECE (Electrical and Computer Engineering) with a focus on Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
