Stuart Stein is currently the Beverage Director at Capers Catering, where Stuart has been working since 2023. Prior to that, Stuart was a student at Moonshine University in 2016, focusing on distilling. Stuart graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management, and later received an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Kendall College in 1992.
